We are delighted to share that we have been able to rush certain Assisted Living Software functionality out to our Senior Care partners that are critical for their operations!
First, we have added two FREE features for all our customers to electronically document staff temperature readings in the system and to capture bi-weekly COVID staff test results, to comply with state mandated care and safety standards. This was added to all our customer sites at no cost to them.
Second, we have partnered with Baba Long Term Care Services to provide an integrated Physician Portal so doctors can see and respond to their patients who are residents in your property, without having to come into the building, reducing exposure and foot traffic.
Third, we have introduced secure, HIPAA compliant video telemedicine visits for residents that their doctors can use to do virtual visits! Combined with the Physician Portal, this takes the level of care and exposure reduction to a whole new level! All this gives a level of comfort to prospects who can see that you are at the leading edge of safety and care!
